I usually find this the case after some sort of recovery using a ;DIRECTORY on a restore command followed by another using BULDJOB1.

Or two different BULDJOB1's created under different circumstances.

Sometimes the two don't agree based on different times they were created.  

Always use one or the other, not both.  (I'm guessing you had to also recreate new volume_sets beforehand.)

My preference is to restore the BULDJOB1 file first, then STREAM BULDJOB1, then restore the files without a directory keyword.


Another trick if you have VEAUDIT, is

VEAUDIT PURGEGROUP @.ACCT;ONVS=USER_SETSW

If group is empty, it will state 0-sectors.
