Hi All,
We have a system (S979/200 7.0 pp2) that had a diskc go bad and cause quite a bit of corruption.
Pages & pages of these error messages for a ton of files:
File label virtual address of corrupted file is $00000085.$000DD700.
*WARNING: FILE LABEL CORRUPTION DETECTED FOR: M299BKUP.RESTOR7.NSD (153,-86)
Being a Time & Materials box, I am opting to just rebuild the volumes and restore data.
As you can see below, I have failed to get 4 of the volumes to cleanly comply with my requests.
I have tried the suggested Debug dsec command as shown below:
:debug
HPDEBUG Intrinsic at: a.00fc1fc0 hxdebug+$e8
$4 ($3f) nmdebug > dsec #35.0,8,a
SEC $23.0 ASCII T.IT _UV .... ....
SEC $23.10 ASCII .... .... .... ....
$5 ($3f) nmdebug > dsec #36.0,8,a
SEC $24.0 ASCII T.IT _UV .... ....
SEC $24.10 ASCII .... .... .... ....
$6 ($3f) nmdebug > dsec #70.0,8,a
SEC $46.0 ASCII T.US ER_V .... ....
SEC $46.10 ASCII .... .... .... ....
$7 ($3f) nmdebug > dsec #71.0,8,a
SEC $47.0 ASCII T.US ER_V .... ....
SEC $47.10 ASCII .... .... .... ....
$8 ($3f) nmdebug >
but after rebooting the system, have found things in the very same state.
:dstat all

:
Is there something I am not doing in Debug to make the change stick ?
Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
