I have done this:
:HELLO MANAGER.SYS:HIPRI
:FILE INTAPE;DEV=7
:RESTORE *INTAPE;@[log in to unmask]@;DIRECTORY;KEEP;OLDDATE;SHOW
This is bringing back the system files. Next I will do this:
Mount our most recent full backup (yesterday morning ~04:00). As
yesterday was a holiday here there was no processing so that should be
enough.
:FILE INTAPE;DEV=7
:RESTORE *INTAPE;@[log in to unmask]@- @[log in to unmask]@,@[log in to unmask];OLDDATE;DIRECTORY;SHOW
This should bring back everything except our data and will not reload
the system accounts which are already back.
Now, since the user data is all on the private volume what else do I
have to do to return the system to operation?
