Thursday morning at 1:00am, I took some friends for a hike up Mt. Hood. We got to the crater at 6:00am
and had to wait for the sunrise.
Two of these guys work for HP.
The one on the left, is one of my sons best friends.
His name is Phillip, he was home schooled. He got 4 Associates Degrees from Linn Benton Community college.BiologyMathPhysicsChemistry
Then he went to OSU and graduated as a Chemical Engineer, he did a stint as an intern for HP and is now fully employed.
Did I mention he is currently 19 years old?
The guy second from the left, is a past member of this list, possibly still is. Let's see if someone can identify him, I gave a clue.
I am the third guy for the left is me, for those that don't know. The last guy is my son. He is 15 and 100lbs lighter than me.
This is our second mountain this year, in March we did Mt. St. Helens.
The last Saturday in July is still open for Mt. Adams for anyone who wants to go.
