First, I want to thank Ken and Joe and the others that responded to help me. I was unable to get the system recovered remotely. When I went onsite, I found everything appeared ok. It wasn't.

I went into Command View and checked the VA7410 - All Green.
I replaced the Fiber Channel cable. SA 1486
I powered off the A-Class. I pulled the power plug. I waited 30 seconds and powered on. SA 1486
I decided to use Command View to 'Shutdown' the VA7410. When it powered on, one controller had failed. DIMM 1 and DIMM 2.
I replaced both DIMMs. Then one drive failed. Coincidence or stress from power cycle. I don't know.
I tried booting, UPDATE, and booting with MESSAGE. SA1486.
I waited for the drive to spare out. SA1481.
INSTALL. OK
Boot OK.
Restoring now. Fingers crossed. I will run FSCHECK on the other volume sets when the TELESUP account is restored.
If you don't hear more from me, things are probably back to normal.

Again thanks for the help.

Mark

From the archives it looks like

SYSTEM ABORT 1486 FROM SUBSYSTEM 102

relates to the network if that helps maybe a NOSYSSTART might let you repair the config???
