Art and Craig,

Both good questions :)  I have asked, but not yet received this very information.  While waiting for the information on the environment and how long they waited to reboot (they got to issue the RS, but it doesn't look like it got anywhere) I am wondering if the processor or power supply would be the most likely suspect.

Thanks,

Chuck Trites

Hi Chuck & Craig :)
Um... also, how hot is the ambient environment currently (ie the room) and how hot is the internal temp of the rack and such...it may still be in an "overheat" mode...

Chuck,

We need just a bit more information.

How hot was it?

What is happening after you do an RS?   Do you get to a boot menu prompt?

-Craig

If the system will not restart at the RS prompt, what would be the most likely to have been damaged?
Thanks,
Chuck Trites
