Here's what the format looks like...

BUILD STORECAT.PUB;REC=-80,16,F,ASCII;NOCCTL;DISC=4000 should at least make the file...you won't get any messages and store may still fail if it tries to do a GENMSG...

give you the actual disc parms. Then do the restore
