Thats because RISC is an acronym ....Reduced Instruction Set Computer, AS IN

PCMCIA = People Cant Memorize Computer Industry Acronyms.

That's entirely up for diskussion.

But funny how on the HP3000, we went RISC with no RISK, and everybody knew the difference there.....
