And, if you wanted to combine the data backup with the slt (system
load tape) and add the directory (all 3 components - data, directory,
and slt - comprising the entirety that is necessary to re-create your
entire system in the event of disk failure) onto a single backup tape:

!job fullbuj,manager.sys
!file t;dev=tape
!sysgen
tape store="!fullfset.pub.sys"
exit
!eoj

The contents of fullfset.pub.sys should look something like:

;SHOW;DIRECTORY;PARTIALDB;PROGRESS=5;MAXTAPEBUF
/

The above job (with its corresponding FULLFSET file) will give you,
on a single tape set, a system load tape, and a full system backup
with its corresponding directory.

This all assumes you are NOT using user volumesets.

If you are, the contents of FULLFSET would need to be modifed somewhat.
