I never remember whether to press control THEN shift "E" or Press shift THEN control "E" before typing "cf".

In any case it always works out because I only have a 50:50 chance of getting it wrong. If so I just do it again the other way.

Ray,

Telnet to the GSP, ^Ecf to get control, ^b, to access the GSP.

Then "sl" to access the system log. Just reading the log will clear the light.

I rebooted the printer, and it came up fine, and started where it had left off printing. I then did a RECALL to see if I could get some info on the blinking ATTN light, but got "NO REPLIES PENDING", so not sure what do to at this point. Wanted to see if it was anything I could quickly resolve, or do I just need to call our support folks?
