I don't know of any yet, Tracy. But the latency is normally due to rotational delay and seek time so that should be all but gone with solid state.

Subject: [HP3000-L] SSDs on HP3000s ?

So, is it viable yet to use SSD arrays on MPE?

Are they more reliable or less reliable than Hard Disc Arrays?

Is latency any better than hard disc? (Since from what I understand, they use the same kind of controllers.)
