Mpex (third party extension) to MPE allows the FLIMIT to be amended.
Given the speed it amended large files, I guess it was tweaking the
filelabel.

It is amazing what one little forgotten detail may involve. I believe
that the only way then is to use one of the MPE intrinsics to determine
all the characteristics of the file in question and do a command build
after parsing the information.
