I have a script that I used to transfer spoolfiles from one mpe system to
another (using dscopy).

The important line from the script for this situation is:

	spoolf !_ps_fname;print;dev=!dev;pri=!pri;copies=!copies

_ps_fname is just a file name. the other variables you can probably figure
out :-)

In your case -- once the spoolfile is back on the box, try the above command
(adapted as necessary)... - d

Subject: [HP3000-L] Spoolfile transfer question

Hello List,
Well, here it is 2012, and CFA is still running their HP3000, with the
migration still in the testing phase.

I would like to move spoolfiles via Reflection File Transfer, FTP or best
transport, to my PC for some tests on the new system. Getting the
O#####.OUT.HPSPOOL file to the PC is simple; putting it back on the HP3000
so it looks and acts like a spoolfile is the challenge.
There used to be a way to do this in Reflection with 'Labels' as the file
transfer type - does that still work, and what, if any, other considerations
might I need to be aware of?

Thank you,
Connie Sellitto
