The DSDAD process controls the initiation and termination of network services, including creation of server processes.
Error #12 means that the VT service could not be initiated...which makes sense as it appears dsdad was (at least)
confused.
I'd suggest that you have your OS support provider take a look at your nmlg files to see if an underlying issue can be
discovered. (if you don't have an OS support provider, i can make a recommendation ;-)
I'd also suggest you investigate updating your network patch level. (search raven for donna's sermons on this topic...)
