I think it's

    :FCOPY FROM=oldfile;TO=(newfile,newkeyfile)

then you'll need to use KSAMUTIL to rename the oldfile/oldkeyfile
and rename the newfile/newkeyfile to the oldfile/oldkeyfile. Or
some combination of the above ;)
