I remember the Associate table where you could give users spooler
control to device classes (namely printers).
FILE INPUT={myfile}
RUN ASOCTBL.PUB.SYS
Where myfile contains:
classname=username.acctname
classname=username.acctname
classname=username.acctname
classname=username.acctname
classname=username.acctname
etc.
