I agree the selection was for some older PCs and I'm not sure I would spend
anything on them.
You asked a good question when you enquired about budget, I would go further
and ask 'what do you want to do with the PC?'
I would also add that definitely, the PC should come with Windows 7 and
there is really no need for Windows 7 professional; home premium has
everything needed.

My point was, that those are "older" PC's. As an example, I went to
DELL... (I am sure HP, Lenovo, Gateway have the same offers.)
At DELL right now, there is a Intel® Pentium Dual-Core® E5800 w/VT (3.2GHZ,
2MB L2, 800FSB), with 3 GB of memory and a 320GB hard drive.
Total cost was $369. Tough to beat the daily specials.
