Joseph,

Do you have the printer configured for the paper size you have loaded (eg letter for you, A4 for us)?
I have all my npconfig printers defined with
DEFAULT_PAGE_SIZE = 26   # A4 paper
And
BANNER_INTRAY=0
DATA_INTRAY=0

And the only time I get msgs on the printer is when I print something that is defined as letter......

We swapped out our older hp9000 hp printer for an hp9050dn and now my hp3000 spoolfiles sent to the printer request load paper in input tray1 manually

I have directed the output to go to a specific tray but it fails and I have to check the printer every time to allow the report to take from tray 4.

Any ideas?
