I strongly recommend against streaming this job in sysstart.

Make it (for example) part of the operator's logon udc.  (You do kick off a bunch of jobs on start-up yes?  And they're
not in sysstart, yes?  You want 1) your sysstart file as clean and simple as possible and 2) your start-up process to be
granular (that is -- do stuff is distinct steps).  You'll be happier in the long run.       - d 'you could buy a ups,
you know'
