Production builds of Reflection don't expire.   Try tracing...   you can
turn on tracing in from the Connection Setup menu.  Turn on tracing before
attempting to make the connection.  The processed trace may help to figure
out what is going on.

Any recent changes on the PC running Reflection?   Anti-virus updates,
windows updates, etc...

What OS, what version of Reflection?   NS/VT or telnet connection?
