We have used 2035n on the N series happily before, but now I have an odd issue with one.
Just added a new entry to npconfig for this 2035n, and it prints ok, but each time I do a startspool, it produces console msgs as below
STARTSPOOL 623
11:49/333/Output spooler, LDEV #623: Device does not support page level
recovery. Any interrupted document will be entirely reprinted.
Native Mode Spooler message 9038
11:49/333/Output spooler, LDEV #623: Started.
Initial attempts produced print out, but it left the spool file in print status, active. I changed the npconfig settings as below trying to get rid of this symptom, but now I am left with the console msgs. If it only does this on startspool, I think that's OK isn't it? The msg is in response to having jam_recovery = false?
623 (network_address = 192.168.2.251 # Mark Hayward 2035n
poll_interval = 4
poll_interval_max = 4
data_timeout = 20
jam_recovery = false
pjl_supported = false
snmp_enabled = false
message_interval = 0)
thanks
Regards,
John Pitman
