I am running virtual PC on my local windows 7 box for my test version of
BizTalk. We could not get BizTalk 2009 to work on windows 7. The
virtual server is a MS 2008 server.
I seem to get good response. I allocated 2 of the 8 gig of ram.

Why not install Windows Virtual Machines and its included Windows XP
Mode.
That will almost certainly let you execute the Meta-View Web programs
in a VM XP-Mode environment on your Windows 7 computer.
