I have to agree with Olav and others... Off Shoring will work but the Project Management aspect is much much higher!
If you are looking for this type of services ... look no further than this list (and it's member companies :) ) and the US/Canada... We have lots of firms that are really good and in reality have the overseas resources as well for the really big "CostCo" sized gigs...
There is a firm located out of Ottawa or Montreal (can't remember) that is heavily recommended and recently added some really great expertise from another Canadian firm from Surrey... Hit them up with a RFP and have a beer with the guy the company is named for... (he has great taste in Beer!) I am sure if their company can't do the job for you... he will have some great recommendations for who might be a better fit for you!
The recommending of other firms to best serve the customer is a professional courtesy that seems to have vanished from many many firms... :(

jersey). But their head office is in India.
There are many companies like them. Head office in India and satellite
offices around the world.
Off shoring is hurting all consultants in North America (Canada and
USA). We can do the job better and with more reliability than any off
shore company can.
Faster is a factor of manpower.
If you are in the market for work to be done, let us (made in North
America) do the job. I am sure there is no job too small or too large
for any North American (Canadian, American) consulting company.
