Michael,

You are looking for a program from the Contributed Software Library.  IIRC, it is called UDCUTIL, I think it was one of the Boeing utilities.

The utility could also clean out the COMMAND file, i.e. remove the entries for users that have been deleted.

I will look around, but I don't have the CSL loaded anywhere.   Perhaps someone else could jump in.

(Of course BULDJOB2 would work too)
