If you don't like "whatever the market will bear", you're not going to like my answer much better: "It depends".
Seriously, I'm not sure that the titles you mention matter as much as the location of the work, the size of the company, and the industry. You get a contract for a growing goverment defense manufacturer in an obscure part of the world where talent is scarce, and you're over $100/hour for any of those positions, at least until the project is finished. On the other hand, if you hook up with a tiny company in a major metropolitain area doing generic web programming, you're lucky to get the $25/hour that they can easily pay your younger replacement.
The most encouraging rates I've seen have to do with on-site service rates for network and systems support: $165/hour. I thought it was a typo the first time I read it, but now I've come across it more than once in different environments. Good for them.
