Ksamxl file combines index with data. The number of records listed in the eof
would be data +index.
ksam/cm files have a data file and a index file.
There is a utility in prvxl.telesup called KSCHKIX that can be used to look at
the sturcture of a ksam xl file. This is similar to the ksamutil utility for ksam
cm files.
Documenation for this program is kschkix.docxl.telesup.
The options
1. Check file structure (original functionality)
2. Analyze index block usage
3. Verify file (like KSAMUTIL's VERIFY)
4. File audit (report file full percentages)
5. Exit Program
