Every now and then I encounter a spooler problem that can usually be fixed 
with a combinbation of STOPSPOOL, STARTSPOOL, SPOOLER;SHUTQ/OPENQ, 
etc commands but sometimes I give up and reboot the box.  This is what I'm 
looking at this morning:

LDEV  DEV       SPSTATE   QSTATE  OWNERSHIP    SPOOLID    JOB STEP

 703  00000703  ACTIVE    OPENED  OUT SPOOLER  #O7261471  CLOSING 
CONN

Does anyone have a sure fire way of bringing a spooler back to a healthy 
state.  Something that always works (without a reboot).
