maybe look into options for the oxymoronic "Standard" HP rack?
Dell makes some nice ones, but if you're genuinely concerned about the security of your equipment, really take a look at the rack - I've seen some that have locks but it's very easy to just lift the door off the hinge pins, mess with the contents, put it back.
and of course google is your friend - "locking HP rack" gets lots of hits, including:
