HP lists this as a magazine sticking issue - it will load a tape as directed at magazine load time, but on using a tape, ejecting and loading next it fails, brings up an amber flashing led and error 112.

Cartridges feel ok, no signs of lifting labels or anything foreign inside the mag.

Any body have any experiences to share please?
