As I remember HPIB really wasn't supported except as Walter says on the
HP300 till the Series 33/44 was released. This series used HPIB for its
I/O interfaces...This was about 1980-82 or so. The Starfish was to
enable the OLD systems(SII/III) to use HPIB.
