So it's the add-on card that's showing problems. However, simply grabbing a
snapshot (which you just did) doesn't paint a complete picture. Please do
the following:

{Monitor/Duplicate problem}

How long to monitor? Let's try an hour...then do another linkcontrol status
another hour later (for a total of 2).
