There is a possible advantage to this. Thousands of ships are being filled and sent from China to unload in the US.
The ships are virtually empty on the way back.
One way to take advantage of it is to create a product that can be sold in China... the shipping costs are negligible.
BTW, I checked and it is not possible to out source Congress and the Senate. Maybe we could ship them all to China anyway. If we can force them to stay a year, they will have a better idea of the third world country they are creating.
