Okay, I'm nearing 60 and I've never put anything in my tires except good 'ol
gas station air. (Not counting Fix-Flat now and again).
What is the purpose of gasses other that oxygen?

Wow, $60 for nitrogen filled tires.
I fill my car's tires with a special blend of about 78% nitrogen, 21% oxygen, and 1% of a blend of other gasses. That usually costs me about 25 cents.
