If only more industries would follow ours in producing such walloping 
improvements while lowering costs, we wouldn't be in as bad a recession as 
we are.  The technology is there, but not the desire or competition.  It's 
one of the things I'm most proud of, that my industry leads all in 
productivity gains, while at the same time REDUCING TCO.
