I have never seen a status of "STALLED" on a Maestro job but the Maestro
Users Guide would be a good place to look for an answer. If you are running in
a multi-system networked environment I would look for an unresolved
dependancy on another system or perhaps a system that is not linked to the
master and so not providing updated status.
Be sure to check the details of the job and more importantly the parent
schedule. Stopping and starting Maestro may resolve your issues but in a
networked environment there may be addition communication and/or Sym
issues that need to be resolved.
Good luck.
