Apologies for the late reply to the list... Michael has a copy now.

As far as I know, HP2RTF isn't on any web sites, but maybe it ought to 
be.  If anybody wants to put it up somewhere, go ahead.  I can send a 
copy, but except for minor re-phrasing of the comments, it hasn't 
changed since late 2006, so anybody who has a version that supports 
portrait mode should be current.
