The last one I used was QWS3270, a freeware version (Queen's University 
WinSock 3270), never got far enough into 3270 apps to try anything 
commercial.

Just tried Google and came up with a few possibilities, such as 
http://helpdesk.uvic.ca/software/downloads/windows/qws3270.html.

Apparently the software was later commercialized by "Jolly Giant" 
http://www.jollygiant.com/qws3270-plus/

That package brings up memories of Windows 3.1, Trumpet Winsock, and 
Clarkson Packet Drivers.
