In the past when I called for support at COGNOS for the 4gl product I
got people with very limited experience.

I did not find the manuals much help or examples on the internet.

I think COGNOS wanted you to take the class.

Posting messages to this list server was the best solution that I found.
You should have them connect to HP3000-L.  The listers will even help
you if you are on another platform.

Further they can listen to some off topic politics.  I left the HP3000
last February and still very much enjoy this list server.
