Yes, the card is set to forced 100/full in NMMGR.  Very frustrating.  It's got to be a setting in NMMGR that I'm just missing (or have forgotten after all these years).  :(

I know you meantioned that the switch was set to be forced full
duplex and 100Mb/sec, but is the HP3000 set that way in NMMGR LINK
configuration?
