Glenn,
There is a known bug in IMAGE where the DBG? file does not get removed when the last person closed the database. I will look up the PATCH ID for you.
In query, do a VERSION or VER and post the output.
I believe the patch was fixed 10.05 so if you are on 10.03 or less that could be the problem.
