I am not so sure about that. A Judge ordered the removal, a Texas court overruled the original ruling. So the Texas courts, listened to the case by the DCFS or what ever you call it down there, and sided with the implausible DCFS.
The courts should be praised for correcting the wrong, and for doing it so quickly, but the original Judge should be impeached.
There is a group that supports a "Judicial Accountability Initiative Law", also known as
Jail4judges.org. Their ideas have merit.
