I believe it wasn't part of FOS until 6.5

For example: I use the store to disc feature in my backup monitor, and I 
have a client on 6.0 using my backup monitor. It's returns an error 
during the store to disc: I don't recall the exact error but the 
solution is to purchase TurboStore. I have another client on 6.5 and it 
works without any problem.
