We use "text2pdf v1.1 (c) Phil Smith, 1996" and have not had any
problems since we installed it in October 2001.

Email me if you want a copy (it's freeware) along with the command file
that we use.

Do it every freakin' day with Sanface Sofware on MPE.
(Requires PERL and SF2HTMLP and EDITOR.)

Cost me $110 bucks in 2001, it is probaly $140 by now.
