chuck shimada is the keeper of the csl.  it was his job when interex
was still around...and he remains in possession of it

the most compelling reason for not releasing the csl (en mass)  is
licensing.  this software was given to interex with the understanding
that interex would control it's distribution -- it is not freeware.

having said that, enough time has passed that the writers may no
longer care....but no one knows for sure.

openmpe has been in-touch with chuck and has offered to host the
csl....         - d
