I recommend moving when-compiled to a variable in working-storage
and then displaying the variable. This way the value of when-compiled
can be found in the obj generated by the compiler.
At QSS we have a utility called GETVER which searches for the date
based on tests we made dumping compiler binary output to see where
the date might be stashed. It works most of the time, but since
mpe/ix days we have used $version in addition to our version string.
