Are you sure you have enough free space, FSERR 458 indicates out of
discspace IIRC

I am getting an error on the HP3000 when trying to log on.  In 2006,  I
just replaced one of the drives and everything has been fine.  Yesterday
we received a call the HP was down and after checking,  we found the
following error after typing the MCBA
 
IMAGE ERROR FOR DBOPEN ON SYSTEM DATA BASE

MPE FILE ERROR -458 RETURNED BY FOPEN ON DBS

CONTACT YOUR OPERATIONS MANAGER FOR ASSISTANCE
 
 
I did a boot on the system and all ledevs seem to load ok with the
exception of ldev11.    
 
I also noticed none of the jobs have streamed at the boot and will not
allow me to do so manually.
 
Do you think restoring the user information will resolve this or does it
sound like another drive has gone bad
