Trying ftp on 6.5, 7.0 and 7.5 and ftp on SuSE Linux and gentoo Linux, "CWD" or
"cwd" is *not* a recognized command.

"pwd" is... print working directory - in other words, show me the current
directory I'm in.

"cd" is change directory, as in cd directoryname to change to the directory
directoryname.
