We use JINETD,MANAGER.SYS on the HP3000.  It is a pull from an offsite
2003 server.  Where do I set this?

I would check the settings for your ftp server job; make sure it's set
to use HFS syntax; then the /ACCT/PUB/FILE syntax should work.
