It depends on how busy your system is. It will generally take
no more that twice the requested time change.

BTW - you did change the time zone offset and not just use a -3600 second
correction?

I must have missed this year's discussion on moving the clock(change
time zone).  Maybe many of you live in states without daylight savings

My question I have -3600 seconds, I am currently at -3296.  How long
