Recently, I have had a significant problem with mail from utc email
addresses being sent to the junk folder even though I have my setting in
Outlook as low.  I have gone in and added utc.edu to my safe list, and I'm
hoping this will alleviate the problem.  If you have not received some
expected emails, you might check out your junk folder as well as your
quarantine folder.  I regularly check my quarantine folder, but I was
shocked to see how much had accumulated in my junk folder within Outlook,
including several important emails from utc email addresses.
